Regardless of the type of birth you are planning, we have a range of childbirth education classes that cater to different needs, budgets, and location. Our birthing course options are designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to feel confident and prepared for labour and delivery:
Group classes are perfect for those who prefer learning in person, in a fun, interactive, supportive and social environment. You'll have the opportunity to connect with other parents-to-be and we always have a lot of fun!

The Hypnobirthing Positive Birth Program classes are held over 2 consecutive Sundays in Dee Why, on Sydney's Northern Beaches each month. Cost is $550- for 2 people (Mother and birth partner)

Private Tuition is perfect for those who prefer a more personalised and private approach tailored to meet your unique needs. You'll receive one-on-one attention from Kate and have the flexibility to schedule classes at a time that suits you.
Private sessions can be run over 2 x 6hr sessions or 4 x 3hr sessions (or a combination of the two).
Kate can provide education either in your home, over Zoom or from the clinic in Warriewood, Sydney.
The HypnoBubs® Online Course by Hypnobirthing Australia is ideal if you can't make it to a group class or you'd prefer to go through your prenatal education at your own pace, in the comfort of your home. It's cost effective whilst still packed full of high quality education.
This is a 6hr pre-recoded Hypnobirthing childbirth education course covering 5 main topics: 1) Maintaining a positive mindset, 2) Techniques for birth, 3) Understanding birth, 4) Birth support / choices and 5) Birth Preparation. You also have the option of booking a private 90min or 3hr session.

Our Refresher Course are for those who have previously attended a Hypnobirthing Childbirth Education course and want to debrief their previous birth experience, refresh their memory of the course and go over tools and techniques learnt.
This is a 3 hour private course which can be done either in person at your home, in the clinic in Warriewood or over Zoom.

You will receive a new book, new parent online account as well as any new content.
We also offer an online Positive Cesarean Course specifically designed for those who are having a cesarean birth.
This is a 4hr self-paced program for you to learn the knowledge, tools, support and preparation you need to have a positive and empowered cesarean birth.
