from home.  It is a popular course which covers 5 main topics of; Maintaining a positive mindset,

Techniques for birth, Understanding birth and having knowledge, Birth support and choices for

empowered birthing and birth preparation. 

 

The course comes at an affordable price which includes high quality resources

such as the Little Book of Hypnobirthing, downloads, mp3 tracks and video tuition and optional 

upgrade for a private session with yours truly.
